HEALTHY EGG-WHITE-OMELETTE RECIPE

Ingredients :-

  • Two eggs
  • One yolk (optional)
  • Pepper, oregano, chilly flakes. salt to taste

Method: –

  1. Take two eggs, separate the egg yolks from the egg white.
  2. Whisk the egg white till it is fluffy and stiff. Check the stiffness by dipping a fork in it, and see if the mixture forms a peak.
  3. Add salt, pepper, oregano, and chilly flakes to taste.
  4. If you wish, you can add one egg yolk to the mix, but only once the egg white mix is ready. Do not over-mix.
  5. Meanwhile, heat a pan with a spoon of ghee in it on low flame
  6. Add the fluffy mixture and spread it nice and round.
  7. Put a lid and allow it to cook till it leaves the sides.
  8. Don’t flip the omelette. Instead, fold it carefully to avoid flattening the fluff.
  9. Cook it for another two minutes then fold one-third of the omelette to the center and the opposite side over. Simply slide onto a plate and enjoy it hot.
