EASY OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE FOR WEIGHT LOSS!

INGREDIENTS: Rolled oats, milk /water, some fruits, honey, dry fruits, chia seeds, peanut butter.

PROCEDURE: Take a glass bowl / container, pour 1 cup rolled in it and 2 cups of milk. Add honey, chia seeds and stir the mixture well then throw it in the refrigerator to let it soak overnight (7-8 hours). In the morning you can add your favourite dry fruits and fruits.

Your oatmeal is ready to eat! You can also cook your oatmeal by popping them in the microwave.
