For Amla, Coriander and Spinach Juice

Ingredients :-
1 cup spinach (palak), roughly chopped 1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania) 1 big cucumber, cut into slices
1 chopped amla (indian gooseberries)
Method :-
1. To make amla, coriander and spinach juice, combine all the ingredients along with 3 cups of water in a blender and blend till smooth. We suggest you use a good quality blender as that will make the amla blend easily and uniformly. This will also avoid straining.
2. Serve the amla, coriander and spinach juice immediately or chilled. This lasts good for 4 to 6 hours in the refrigerator.
Preparing the ingredients for Amla, coriander and spinach juice :-
1. To make amla, coriander and spinach juice take a medium bunch of spinach. Remove the stems and discard them.
2. Put the spinach leaves in a bowl of water and wash well to remove dirt. Drain well using a strainer and keep aside to make the juice.
3. Clean and wash the Indian gooseberry. Amla has antibacterial and immune boosting properties
4. Chop the amla into cubes or slices of your wish.
5. Chop the coriander as well.
6. Slice the cucumber.

5. Add 3 cups of water.

7. Serve immediately or chilled. This lasts good for 4 to 6 hours in the refrigerator.
