INGREDIENTS
– 1/2 CUP OATS
– 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR
– SALT AS REQUIRED
– WATER AS REQUIRED
– 2 TABLESPOONS GHEE
– 2 TABLESPOONS REFINED OIL
INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1To make these hearty and healthy chapatis, grind the oats in a food processor till they turn into a coarse powdered flour.

Step 2Now, take a large bowl and put wheat flour, ground oat flour, salt, and ghee in it. These are the ingredients required to prepare the dough for these chapatis.

Step 3Start kneading the dough by gradually adding water as required. Prepare a well kneaded and soft dough. Cover the bowl with a lid or wet cloth and keep aside for around 20 minutes.

Step 4Once the dough is ready, divide the dough into small balls. It will make for almost 10 balls of equal size. Roll the balls with a rolling pin into medium-sized circles.

Step 5After that, put a tawa or pan on medium flame and let it heat.

Step 6Put a rolled dough circle on the tawa and cook the chapati from both sides. Apply a little oil for it to turn golden brown.

Step 7Once all the dough discs are cooked, serve the oats chapatis hot with a yummy vegetable or meat dish.
