PANEER SPROUTS SANDWICH HEALTHY RECIPE

Ingredients

For Paneer and Bean Sprouts Sandwich 3 whole wheat bread slices 2 tsp carrot for spreading 1 tsp butter for spreading 1 tsp green chutney for spreading 1/2 cup bean sprouts To Be Mixed Together Into A Paneer Topping 1 cup crumbled low fat paneer (cottage cheese) 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania) 1/4 tsp black peppercorns (kalimirch) powder salt to taste For The Garnish 1 tbsp grated carrot few drops of tabasco sauce

Method

For paneer and bean sprouts sandwich

1. To make paneer and bean sprouts sandwich, divide the paneer topping into 3 equal portions and keep aside.
2. Place 3 brown bread slices on a clean, flat surface or a plate.
3. Apply carrot butter on one bread slice, butter on another bread slice and green chutney on the third bread slice.
4. Spread one portion of the paneer topping on each bread slice.
5. Place them on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 10 minutes.
6. Top each toasted bread with 1/3 of the bean sprouts.
7. Garnish with carrot and cut each sandwich into 2 pieces.
8. Serve immediately dotted with tabasco sauce.
