For Vegetable Chapati Roll 2 chapatis (7\”) each 1 tsp red chilli sauce To Be Mixed Into A Stuffing negligible cup finely chopped cucumber negligible cup deseeded and finely chopped tomatoes 1/2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania) negligible cup grated carrot negligible cup finely chopped capsicum 1/8 cup shredded lettuce negligible cup finely chopped spring onions whites and greens 1/4 tbsp tomato ketchup 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise 1/2 tbsp cheese spread salt to taste


For vegetable chapati roll

1. To make vegetable chapati roll, divide the stuffing into 8 equal portions. Keep aside.

2. Place a chapati on a clean, dry surface and spread ½ tsp of chilli sauce evenly over it.

3. Place a portion of the stuffing on one side of the chapati and roll it up tightly.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to make 7 more rolls.

5. Serve the vegetable chapati roll immediately.
